s00042 azurite schattuckite pendant

$100.00

Title: The Gravity Between Sea and Stone

There is a moment—brief, trembling, infinite—that lives between sky and sea. A breath. A pause. Soul balancing on edge of time. This pendant was born of that moment.

I wrapped this azurite-shattuckite in copper as one wraps memory: tight, intricate, unhurried. Stone itself holds ocean in its veins, layered blues like the waters of my childhood in Makarska, where I used to jump from the cliffs of Sveti Petar peaeinsula with long, messy wild honey-colored hair blown back by sun, salt and wind. Again and again I would run and leap, not to escape but to fly—those seconds before the water claimed me, I was not girl, not body, not anything but freedom itself.

This piece is not about prettiness. It is about weight and weightlessness. The heaviness of world held by strong hands, and lightness that comes in surrender. Copper, warm and alive under skin, shapes itself like thoughts too stubborn to leave. Each weave, each coil  hesitation or a hope. No machines. No shortcuts. Just wire, stone, and time. 🌀🪶

Pendant lays against chest like memory, like sea foam on collarbone. You will not forget it’s there. It is not silent. It sings in old languages.

When I made it, I was not trying to impress. I was trying to remember.

It took... longer than I mean. I got lost in it. In same way I used to get lost watching sky meet mountain above my town—Biokovo rising like great sleeping beast, sea below so still it could reflect your soul if you dare to look.

Do not wear this if you wish to hide. It catches light, like truth does.

And maybe there is one mistake here or two, but as my baba used to say, “If is too perfect, then God can’t find place to touch it.”
